As Signet Bank continues to develop its range of financing services for Latvian companies and investment projects, it has granted financing in the amount of EUR 4 million for the renovation of the Ridzene Residence real estate project.
The Ridzene Residence is a luxury building for successful business people and is located in the very heart of the city of Riga – Old Riga, Kungu Street 25.
CEO of Signet Bank Roberts Idelsons: “All of the bank’s clients are important to us, and yet it brings us a special kind of joy to know that we can also contribute to the development of Riga’s urban environment by providing financing for the renovation of the Ridzene Residence, and in doing so shape a modern and organised environment both for Riga’s residents and its visitors.”
This transaction is another step toward financing Latvian companies and investment projects that Signet Bank has started to develop in 2019. “Every company that cares about being competitive has to constantly make investments to grow, which is why we predict further increasing activity in the crediting area, and I believe that more and more Latvian entrepreneurs will appreciate the high level of service offered by the national capital banks,” says Roberts Idelsons.
