Signet Bank has granted EUR 3 million financing for the completion of the Kado Karim project.
Kado Karim is a complex of luxury residential properties currently under construction in Dzintari, Jūrmala. The apartments are of the highest standard, built to reflect the resilience and sense of style of the Baltics. The complex will include three interconnected 3-storey residential buildings – the Maison de Karim, the Maison de Mer and the Maison de Park. The buildings share the same architectural style, but each has its own unique interior. The architect, Andis Sīlis, is one of the most respected in Latvia. The maxim of the Kado Karim project is “The art of life is to live with art”. The project is designed to fill life with art in all its manifestations: architecture, sculpture, painting, furniture and interior design, music and scents.
“We are delighted to support such a unique and high-quality project,” says Roberts Idelsons, CEO of Signet Bank. “With the involvement of the leading local developer R.Evolution, we are sure the project will be in high demand from potential renters and buyers.”
Signet Bank launched active offering of financing to Latvian companies and investment projects in 2019. We take an individual approach to relationships with our private clients, so we value their trust in us – not only to manage their money and carry out everyday financial transactions, but also to serve the companies they own. In doing so, we provide current accounts and payment services alongside significant support for project financing.
