Signet Asset Management Latvia to continue management of private pension fund assets
As of June this year, “Signet Asset Management Latvia” has renewed its mandate to continue to manage the assets of the 3rd-pillar pension plan Pirmais Pensiju Plāns (First Pension Plan) for AS “Pirmais Slēgtais Pensiju Fonds”.
Joint-stock company “Pirmais Slēgtais Pensiju Fonds” is the only closed pension fund in Latvia with SIA “TET” and companies from the TET Group, AS “Augstsprieguma tīkls”, AS “Latvenergo” and Latvenergo Group companies among its shareholders. The business mission of the pension fund is to accumulate and invest the contributions made by pension plan participants and by their employers to the Pirmais Pensiju Plāns pension plan, securing additional pension capital for the participants. The primary aspect of the pension plan’s investment policy is the principle of caution, ensuring risk mitigation, investment security, quality and liquidity according to the arising capital disbursement liabilities to pension plan participants.
“Signet Asset Management Latvia” IPS together with IPAS “SEB Investment Management” are responsible for the management of Pirmais Pensiju Plāns whose assets currently exceed 66 million euros.
